Zambales’ 2nd most wanted man captured

SAN ANTONIO, Zambales—Police on Monday (May 3) arrested a suspected motorcycle thief who is also the province’s second most wanted man.

Investigators identified the suspect as Jerson Ronquillo, 30, a resident of Barangay Casabaan in Cabangan town.

Investigators said Ronquillo went into hiding since December 2017 after reportedly stealing a neighbor’s motorcycle.

The suspect was found by authorities after he figured in an accident using the stolen motorcycle.

He is now facing charges of car theft. A P200,000 bail, about 10 times the cost of the motorcycle, was recommended.
