MANILA, Philippines — Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto has ended his 14-day quarantine period following his driver’s death due to COVID-19.
Sotto said he tested negative for the disease four days after his last contact with his driver. Despite this, the mayor said he still finished his 14-day quarantine period.
“Kaya safe yung nakasalamuha ko pa nung March 12,” Sotto said in a tweet on Tuesday.
