LOOK: 100 Cagayan residents receive aid days after massive flood

MANILA, Philippines — Residents of Barangay Malacabibi, Solana in Cagayan received aid days after the area was submerged in floods.

Around 100 residents received aid that was donated by a private group. Residents have also been receiving helicopter-dropped relief days ago.

Cagayan is currently under a state of calamity as massive floods inundated the province.

Twenty-nine people have died due to the severe flooding, according to the province’s regional disaster risk reduction management office.
