A man wearing only underwear was arrested after jumping on a moving truck and drinking wine straight from its container.

Gabriel Moreno managed to get on the truck while it was traveling on a highway in California, United States, CBS-affiliate KOVR reported on May 7.

A dashcam footage from the truck first showed Moreno driving a sedan with its hazard lights on and signaling the truck to stop on the side of the road. The truck driver followed his lead, thinking that Moreno might have suffered a mechanical issue.

Moreno then exited his car, only wearing underwear, opened its trunk and started running toward the passenger side of the truck.

The truck driver immediately backed up and reentered the highway, as per report. However, another camera on the truck showed Moreno jumping onto the back of the moving vehicle.

After getting on the truck, Moreno climbed underneath a large container filled with gallons of wine. Moreno eventually got a hold of the container’s valve and unscrewed it, letting gallons of red wine spill onto the highway.

While the alcohol continued to gush from the container, Moreno also began drinking from it.

The truck’s dashboard gauge then signaled it was losing fluids, prompting the driver to pull over and contact the California Highway Patrol (CHP). A CHP officer later told the news outlet that the man was found in an unusual position.

“This individual was able to release the wine from under the tanker, and he placed himself underneath the tanker in such a manner, the best way to describe this was somebody doing like snow angels,” the officer said.

Moreno was then taken into custody by the CHP, according to the report. The trucking company, meanwhile, noted that Moreno’s actions had cost them about 1,000 gallons of red wine, which was enough to fill 5,000 bottles. Ryan Arcadio /ra
