A man was found dead in a fishing boat that was allegedly being used as a drug den on Saturday morning in Barangay North Bay Boulevard North, Navotas City.

The police said the body of 39-year-old Rene Liman, a fisherman and resident of Barangay North Bay Boulevard South, was discovered by Roger Gipitan who immediately sought help from policemen.

Gipitan told investigators that he saw the victim “kneeling and full of blood” inside the vessel docked at Pier 4 around 8 a.m.
