Female body found in Tullahan River in Malabon

MANILA, Philippines — The body of female aged 15 to 25 years old who apparently drowned was found in the Tullahan River in Malabon on Tuesday morning.

A man on a boat discovered the body of a female body floating on the river in Barangay Tañong at 11 a.m., according to the Malabon City Police Station.


The woman, with a height of about 5 feet 2 inches, had on a pink shirt and black jeans.

The man reported it to barangay officials who then referred the matter to the Investigation and Detection Management Branch of the Malabon City Police Station.


The body was brought to Cruz Funeral Services for autopsy.
