MANILA, Philippines – As of 5 p.m. Today, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) reported northeast monsoons to bring strong winds to Northern Luzon, Visayas and Eastern Mindanao.
Palawan, Visayas and Mindanao will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms.
A low pressure area is located 220 kilometer east of Mindanao. Pagasa warned that scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms could become widespread over Eastern Mindanao and might trigger flashfloods and landslides.
