MANILA, Philippines -- A man believed to be a victim of summary execution was found along Quezon Boulevard underpass in Quiapo, Manila early friday morning, authorities said.

The Manila Police District tactical operations center said the victim was found inside a black garbage bag, his head wrapped with packaging tape and with multiple stab wounds in his body.

The victim remains unidentified.
