‘Bato’ as Frankenstein ‘spooks’ Crame visitors for Halloween

A Frankenstein version of Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Director General Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa is catching the attention of people visiting Camp Crame.

Families and children of uniformed and non-uniformed PNP personnel were welcomed by the standee of Dela Rosa, resembling the green monster, holding a blood stained sickle outside the PNP’s multipurpose center.

The PNP hosted a Trick or Treat program for the dependents of PNP personnel, who also came in Halloween costumes, on Thursday.
