14 families displaced after fire breaks out in Valenzuela City

Fourteen families were displaced after a fire broke out in a residential area in Valenzuela City on Tuesday morning.

The blaze started at 8:37 a.m. at A. Felipe St. in Barangay Karuhatan.

The fire spread quickly and was declared at third alarm at around 9 a.m. It was declared fire out at 10:28 a.m.

According to the initial investigation of the Bureau of Fire Protection, the fire spread quickly because of the welding activities in one of the affected houses.

No one was hurt in the incident./vvp
