Man nabbed in Parañaque for selling marijuana
A man who left his hometown in Cordillera mountains to go to Metro Manila was arrested after he was caught selling dried marijuana leaves to antidrugs policemen in Parañaque on Friday.
Operatives recovered 6.5 kilos of dried marijuana leaves worth P455,000 from Michael Nordan, 25, in a buy-bust operation at his house in Sitio Bagong Pag-asa, Barangay Sun Valley, around 12 a.m.
Chief Insp. Joey Arandia said Nordan, whom they put under surveillance for three days, sold P1,000 worth of marijuana to a police poseur buyer.—DEXTER CABALZA
