No number coding on Oct. 31 and Nov. 1 – MMDA

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) lifted the number coding scheme from Tuesday to Wednesday, Oct. 31 and Nov. 1, in Metro Manila, including Makati and Las Piñas City.

The MMDA also announced over the weekend the closure of the following roads in Manila on Oct. 27 to Nov. 3:

– Aurora Boulevard from Dimasalang to Rizal Avenue
– Dimasalang from Makiling to Blumentritt
– P. Guevarra from Cavite to Pampanga

On Nov. 1 midnight until 3 a.m. of Nov. 2, the following thoroughfares will also be closed:

– Blumentritt from A. Bonifacio to P. Guevarra
– Retiro from Dimasalang to Blumentritt Exit
– Leonor Rivera from Cavite to Aurora

Malacañang has declared Oct. 31 and Nov. 1 as special non-working holidays in observance of the All Saints’ Day. /cbb
