DFA passport services suspended due to bad weather

/ 09:34 AM September 12, 2017

Passport services in Metro Manila, CALABARZON and Region III were suspended on Tuesday due to inclement weather, the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) said.

“Due to inclement weather and flooding, and upon Malacañang’s suspension of work in government offices, DFA’s main consular office in ASEANA (Pasay City) and its Satellite Offices and Regional Offices in Metro Manila, CALABARZON and Region 3 will be closed today, 12 September 2017,” the DFA said in a statement.

The DFA said applicants with confirmed appointments on Tuesday may apply for their passports any day until October 11, without setting a new appointment.

The said applicants were also advised to bring a printout of their confirmed appointment, with the other requirements for their passport application, the DFA added. /je
