Heavy rains leave most metro roads flooded
(Updated, 1:13 p.m., Sept. 12) Tropical depression “Maring” has brought moderate to occasional heavy rainfall in various parts of Luzon on Tuesday morning, which flooded most parts of Metro Manila.
Classes and work were suspended in several cities due to the inclement weather.

In Makati City, most parts of Chino Roces Avenue (formerly Pasong Tamo) were also submerged by floodwaters.
