Cloudy skies to prevail on Sona day – Pagasa

Metro Manila will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms on Monday, when President Rodrigo Duterte delivers his second State of the Nation Address (Sona).

The rains will be brought by the southwest monsoon, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said in its special weather outlook for the Sona.

Forecast range of temperature will be from 24°C to 31°C.

Meanwhile, a low pressure area was spotted 225 kilometers east of Aparri, Cagayan, Pagasa said in its Friday afternoon bulletin.
