4 kids drown, 1 missing in Albay
LEGAZPI CITY—Four children drowned and another went missing while swimming in the sea off Barangay (village) Naga in Tiwi town of Albay on Thursday, police said.
Senior Inspector Maria Luisa Calubaquib, Bicol police spokesperson, said the fatalities were identified as Anthony Colasi, 10; Mackrey Rayala, 11; Loue Brocalis, 9; and Hasley Nunez, 14.
Calubaquib said fisherfolks are still searching for Edcel Colasi, 11, who is still missing as of posting time.
She said the children went swimming late afternoon on Thursday after attending a Christmas party. The remains of the four children were recovered past 7 p.m. RAM
