MANILA, Philippines—The motorcade of Ms. Universe third runner-up Shamcey Supsup kicked off Monday at the Araneta Center in Cubao, Quezon City.
Supsup, who was wearing lime green sun dress, was on board a black Audi sedan, waving to fans.
