Carl needs help in battle vs leukemia

CARL Austin Maso

Eleven-year-old Carl Austin Maso was diagnosed with leukemia in 2006.

He underwent chemotherapy at the Hema Unit of Fe del Mundo Medical Center Inc. and attained remission but had several central nervous system relapses.

He continues to undergo extensive chemo treatment at the same hospital.  His long bout with cancer has already depleted the family’s financial resources.

Carl’s father is an overseas contract worker while his mother is a housewife.

They are appealing for assistance from kind-hearted benefactors.
