QC Chamberettes mark 51st year

A mass will precede a buffet luncheon at Bella Ibarra on Quezon Avenue to highlight the 51st anniversary celebration of the Quezon City Chamberettes Association today, Aug 17.

The QCCA has been considered one of the most outstanding nongovernment organizations in Quezon City, whose main thrust is the maintenance and upkeep of five daycare centers in barangays Imelda, Freedom Park, Kalayaan, Loyola and Payatas.

Dr. Cecille Catapang is the overall chair of this year’s festivities.

The rest of the steering committee members are incumbent QCCA president and honorary chair Ester A. Florendo and past presidents Jo Catapang, Ine Mauricio and Julie Espinosa.

The overall co-chairs are Ace Javier Sunga and Dr. Peachy Villamor. Registration will be chaired by Fely Sanchez, Ada Mauricio for program, Emma Gutierrez and Ine Mauricio for physical arrangements, Ria Mauricio for awards and Ace Javier Sunga for raffle prizes.
