VSMMC conducts annual preventive maintenance

THE Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center (VSMMC) Infection Control Committee will conduct its annual routine preventive maintenance, scrubbing and cleaning together with the post culture in the Delivery and Labor Room, Wards I and II and the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit on July 18 to 22.

Starting today, patients will be admitted on emergency cases only and direct to Delivery Room to give time for social workers to discharge the remaining patients.

The VSMMC will not be accepting obstetrics cases on said dates.

Patients from the southern part of Cebu will be referred to the St. Anthony Mother and Child and Talisay District Hospital while patients from northern Cebu will be referred to the Eversley Child Sanitarium and General Hospital.
