MANILA, Philippines—Authorities are on the lookout for two teenagers who allegedly raped a mute woman in Zamboanga del Norte, police said Monday.

In a belated report, Police Officer 2 Florenza Compis Espinosa said the incident took place in the house of the victim around 7 p.m. Friday.

Espinosa said the father of the victim caught a 16-year-old suspect in the act of “sexually abusing” his daughter inside the toilet.
