Capitol to finalize homeowners deal

THE Capitol will sign a deed of conveyance with five homeowners associations occupying province-owned lots under Ordinance 93-1 soon.

Dara Acusar, spokesperson of Acting Gov. Agnes Magpale, said the five associations comprising 399 households completed all requirements set under the agreement with the province.

Acusar said the Provincial Board (PB) will review the paperwork of the homeowners next Monday.

Based on data from Paul Entera, head of the Capitol’s real estate and properties division, the agreement signed by the Capitol with the homeowners in May last year will expire next month. Correspondent Carmel Loise Matus
