Teams Delta, Golf dumps foes in CEKALCO

TEAMS Delta and Golf crushed separate foes to improve their respective win-loss records to 2-1 in the 2nd Center Katipunan A. Lopez Christian Organization (CEKALCO) basketball tournament.

Team Delta led from start to finish in dumping Team Bravo, 87-76. Bravo dropped to 1-3.

Julius Gutierez scattered a night-high 45 points spiked by five triples for Team Delta while Junel Villarosa added 22 markers. Tata Maspiñas and Dondon Tenchavez paced Bravo with 20 and 15 points, respectively.

In the other game, Team Golf uncorked a, 35-19 fourth quarter bomb in crushing Team Echo (2-2), 77-66.
