Yellow warning up over Metro Manila as ‘Marce’ dumps rain

MANILA, Philippines — Moderate to heay rains will be experienced as the state weather bureau issued a yellow warning advisory in Metro Manila Wednesday morning.

Tropical storm Marce has been enhancing the southwest monsoon, causing rains in parts of Luzon, including Metro Manila.

The rains will most likely continue for the next three hours, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said in an 8:30a.m. advisory.

The public is alerted against possible flooding in low-lying areas.
