/ 11:03 PM September 03, 2012

A tricycle driver was killed as he was drinking in Tondo, Manila, on Sunday night when he refused to share his food with another man.

Darry Asis, 47, a resident of Solis Street in Tondo, was having a drink with a friend at a bar when a man drinking at a nearby table who was identified as Teodolo Pasague, 46, also of Tondo, came up to them and helped himself to their food without permission.

An argument broke out between the victim and Pasague after which the latter left but came back, this time with a knife.
