/ 07:16 AM August 02, 2012

THE Norfil Foundation Inc., a social welfare agency based in Lapu-Lapu City, is calling the attention of the parents and relatives of the abandoned siblings who are under its care.

John Rynnie Balorio, born on Feb. 23, 2008 and his half sister Zinnia Mae Lumapas, born on Aug. 6, 2010, were left by their mother Honey Balorio to Lorena “Payat” Condeza of sitio Kadulang, barangay Marigondon, Lapu-Lapu City on Sept. 15, 2011. Zinnia’s father is Ermie Lumapas Jr.

Norfil is requesting the parents or relatives of the two children to see or contact social workers Angelina Dungog, Sheryl Gacita or Griffith Riconalla at 340-1170 or 340-5722 from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Failure of the parties to appear or claim the children within three months will subject the children for legal abandonment proceedings through the Department of Social Welfare and Development.
