Dizon inspects long-delayed Aganan Flyover construction in Iloilo

ILOILO CITY — Public Works and Highways Secretary Vince Dizon inspected the long-delayed construction of the Aganan Flyover in Pavia, Iloilo province.

During his visit on Wednesday, April 15, Dizon stressed the urgency of completing the project, noting that President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. directed the DPWH to fast-track construction works.

The target is to open the flyover’s southbound lane to motorists before the end of the year.

Once completed, the multi-million-peso structure is expected to ease traffic congestion and reduce travel time along the intersections of Sen. Benigno S. Aquino Jr. Avenue and Felix Gorriceta Avenue.
