In response to the storm, in-person classes from kindergarten to Grade 12, including Alternative Learning System (ALS) programs, remained suspended in Tuguegarao City and Peñablanca for public and private schools. College and graduate school classes were left to the discretion of school administrators, said Tuguegarao City Mayor Maila Ting-Que.
