MMDA advisory: Some Metro Manila roads to undergo reblocking, repairs

Some roads in Metro Manila will be closed from Friday evening until next week due to reblocking and repair works, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) said.

MANILA, Philippines — Some roads in Metro Manila will be closed from Friday evening until next week due to reblocking and repair works, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) said.

The works will be carried out by the Department of Public Works and Highways in the following areas starting at 11 p.m. on May 17 to 5 a.m. on May 20:

Caloocan City

  • Regalado Avenue (northbound), going to North Caloocan
  • Regalado Avenue (northbound), Outer Lane going to North Caloocan

Quezon City

  • Susano Road Novaliches, between Heavenly Dr. and Joyville Dr.
  • G. Araneta Avenue, Mauban St. to Sto. Domingo Ave., 2nd lane from sidewalk
  • Congressional Ave. Exit, Opposite Diamond Square Bldg. Truck Lane
  • Payatas Road, Batasan Road to Bayanihan Street/Samar Street to Leyte Street, Inner Lane
  • Commonwealth Avenue, Luzon Avenue to Central Ave., 4th lane from sidewalk
  • North Avenue (northbound), Before Senador Miriam P. Defensor- Santiago Ave., 2nd lane from sidewalk
  • Sto. Domingo Avenue, Simon Street to Atok Street, 1st lane from sidewalk
  • Tandang Sora Avenue, from Corner Commonwealth Ave. to After Road 1

Makati City

  • EDSA (southbound) J.P Rizal Avenue to Orense, between Cloverleaf and Bernardino St.

Pasay City

  • EDSA (southbound), Near L. Woods Street
  • Taft Avenue, Quirino Avenue to MRT Baclaran (Inner Lane)

Parañaque City

  • Roxas Blvd., (southbound) after Roxas Blvd. EDSA Flyover (1st lane)

Taguig City

  • SSH East Service Road going to C-5 Road fronting Taguig City Police Station
