Fire hits Aglipayan church in QC

Fire struck the Cathedral of the Crucified Lord of the Aglipayan Church in Quezon City on Monday morning. According to the Bureau of Fire Protection Fire District 5 Quezon City, the fire started from an informal settler residential area along Sampaguita Street, Barangay Apolonio Samson at 9:02 a.m. The fire was raised to first alarm before it was put out at 10:06 a.m. No one was injured in the blaze but damage to property was estimated at P100,000. Initial investigation showed that the fire could have been caused by a faulty electrical service line.
