SAN ANTONIO, Zambales — At least 806 families, or 3,601 individuals, remained inside various evacuation sites in Central Luzon more than a week after Super Typhoon Karding (international name: Noru) left a trail of destruction, according to government data.

In its latest report Tuesday (Oct. 4), the Regional Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council 3 (RDRRMC 3), said most of these displaced villagers were from Zambales, Bulacan, Tarlac, Nueva Ecija, and Pampanga provinces.
