Fortunato Leoncio; 63

MANILA, Philippines—Mr. Fortunano D. Leoncio of Balagtas and Pandi, Bulacan died of a heart attack on March 20 at age 63.

Leoncio, born on March 6, 1949, is survived by wife Celia, their children Cielito Reynoso, Sheila Frasdilla, April Gay and Jan Erik.

He worked mostly at the Presidential Management Staff in Malacañang until he retired last year. He was also a member of the Pamantasan Ng Maynila Club ’67.

He is being mourned at the Loyala Memorial chapel 8 in Sucat, Parañaque. Interment will be at the Manila Memorial Park at a date yet to be set.

In life, Leoncio was kind, generous and loving—a blessing to all who crossed his path.
