Boy struck, killed while crossing road in Quezon

A two-year-old boy died after a sport utility vehicle hit him along the village road in Pagbilao town in Quezon province on Sunday, Sept. 4.

LUCENA CITY – A two-year-old boy died after a sport utility vehicle hit him along the village road in Pagbilao town in Quezon province on Sunday, Sept. 4.

Citing a witness, the Pagbilao town police said the victim was crossing the road when he was accidentally bumped around 4 p.m. by the car driven by Isidro Tadiosa, 68, in Barangay Bantigue.

Tadiosa brought the victim to MMG Hospital in neighboring Lucena City, but the boy died at around 7:11 p.m. while undergoing treatment.
