MANILA, Philippines — Five regions and two provinces will experience overcast skies and scattered rain showers on Tuesday due to the low pressure area (LPA) off Occidental Mindoro and the southwest monsoon, according to the state weather bureau.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said the LPA was last monitored 95 kilometers northwest of San Jose, Occidental Mindoro.
