Man shot dead inside Quezon residence
LUCENA CITY – A construction worker was shot dead inside his residence while his daughter was wounded in Candelaria, Quezon Saturday night.
The Quezon provincial police said the lone gunman barged into the house of Abril Buenavista, 34, in Barangay (village) Pahinga Norte at around 8:40 p.m.

The assailant repeatedly shot Buenavista using a handgun, killing him on the spot.
The victim’s daughter was hit by a stray bullet and was brought to hospital.
Further investigation is ongoing.
