Pagasa: Fair Sunday weather in Metro Manila, most parts of PH
MANILA, Philippines — Fair weather with isolated rain showers will prevail in Metro Manila and most parts of the country on Sunday, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
The southwest monsoon or “habagat”, meantime, will affect Ilocos Norte, Batanes, and Babuyan Islands, where scattered rains and cloudy skies are expected.
“Within 24 hours, makakaranas po ng magandang panahon dito sa Metro Manila at ‘yung malaking bahagi ng Luzon,” Pagasa weather specialist Ezra Bulquerin said.

No gale warning is raised over the country’s coastal waters.
The state weather agency is still monitoring the two tropical cyclones that recently left the Philippine area of responsibility.
“Yung dalawang bagyo na mino-monitor po natin ay patuloy na kumikilos papalayo ng Philippine area of responsibility,” said Bulquerin.

“Wala rin po itong direktang epekto sa ating bansa kaya’t most parts of the country makakaranas po ng magandang panahon,” he continued.
(These will not have a direct effect on our country, which will have fair weather.)
