/ 11:35 AM July 02, 2022

MANILA, Philippines — Tropical storm Domeng is now outside the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR), the state weather bureau said on Saturday.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) reported that as of 10:00 a.m., “Domeng” was spotted some 990 kilometers east northeast of extreme Northern Luzon.

The tropical cyclone, moving north-northwestward at 30 kilometers per hour (kph), has maximum sustained winds of 85 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 105 kph.

A gale warning, however, is still up over the western seaboards of Northern and Central Luzon.
