Agot Isidro visits Bohol village to campaign for Robredo-Pangilinan tandem
TAGBILARAN CITY, Bohol — Veteran actress and singer Agot Isidro visited a village and public market here to lobby for presidential candidate and Vice President Leni Robredo and the latter’s running mate, Senator Francis Pangilinan on Saturday, April 2.
Residents of Poblacion 3 were surprised to see Isidro visit them at 6:30 a.m.
Isidro was accompanied by former senator Bam Aquino and some supporters.

They also went to Dao Public Market where vendors and buyers were pleasantly surprised to see the actress-singer clad in a pink shirt, a color associated with Robredo.
“Ma’am, please remove your mask. We want to find out if you are Agot Isidro we saw on TV,” said Isabel Guisihan, a fish vendor.
When Isidro removed her mask, Guisihan and other vendors cheered. Some even asked for a souvenir photo with her.
Isidro said visiting houses allows her to meet people, especially those who don’t have any access to social media.
Isidro said Robredo is the right person to lead the country for presidency.
“We need a working president, someone who includes everyone in her plans. For her, people are on top of her priority,” she said.
Robredo’s “Dilaab: Bohol People’s Rally” in Bohol on April 1 had at least 80,000 pink-clad supporters who showed up for the event.
