168,000 J&J COVID-19 vaccine doses delivered to PH
MANILA, Philippines — A delivery of 168,000 doses of Johnson & Johnson’s COVID-19 vaccine arrived in the Philippines on Tuesday.
The National Task Force Against COVID-19 said that the doses were donated by the United States government through the COVAX Facility.
The donation was transported via Emirates flight EK332 which touched down Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 around 4 p.m.
As of January 9, the Philippines has received a total of 213,487,520 doses of various COVID-19 vaccines since deliveries commenced in February 2021.
