/ 04:31 AM December 30, 2021

MANILA, Philippines — Quezon City has passed three ordinances that will grant assistance to businesses in the city.

City Ordinance SP-3067 will extend the deadline for the payment of business taxes, fees and charges without having any surcharges or interest during the first and second quarters.

City Ordinance SP-3068 waives penalties, surcharges and interest for unpaid business taxes for 2021 and years before that.

The third ordinance will allow the “staggered settlement” of outstanding business taxes up to a maximum of 12 months.
