Besas-Tutor files COC for reelection as Bohol 3rd district representative
TAGBILARAN CITY — Bohol 3rd District Rep. Kristine Alexie Besas-Tutor filed her certificate of candidacy on Tuesday in the hope of getting reelected in the 2022 polls.
Tutor arrived at the Commission on Elections office in Tagbilaran City around 3 p.m., accompanied by her husband reelectionist Candijay town Mayor Christopher Tutor.
Also present were members of her “Kumbati Pa More” team: outgoing Garcia Hernandez Mayor Tita Baja, former Loboc Vice Mayor Bebot Sumampong, and Greg Jala, who also filed their certificate of candidacies for board members in the third district of the province.
The third district of Bohol has 436 barangays, the biggest in Bohol.
Tutor said she would work towards strengthening agriculture, tourism, healthcare, and infrastructure like multi-purpose buildings and road concreting.

Article continues after this advertisement“I will never be tired of what I am doing. When you are happy with what you are doing, it should not be considered as work,” Tutor said during a media conference.
Last-termer Valencia town Mayor Maria Katrina Lim would challenge Tutor. She also filed her COC on Tuesday.
