Active COVID-19 cases among Central Luzon cops rise to 203

OLONGAPO CITY The number of active COVID-19 cases among the police personnel in Central Luzon rose to 203 on Monday, local health data showed.

According to the public service of the Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3), at least 11 new infections were also registered on the same day.

Since last year, 2,512 PRO3 personnel, including its non-uniformed workforce, have contracted COVID-19 but 2,303 of them have already been cleared of the virus. This reflected a 91.6 recovery rate.

The COVID-19 death toll of PRO3 remained at six with new fatalities on Monday. INQ
