Manila set to build ‘Basecommunity’ Phase 2 — Isko Moreno
MANILA, Philippines — Phase 2 of Manila’s ‘BaseCommunity’ public housing project is set to rise soon.
Manila Mayor Isko Moreno bared this during a dialogue with officials of Barangay (village) 649 at the BaseCommunity on Friday.
“May Phase 2 na ang Basecommunity … lahat ‘yan hangga’t nandito ako, hindi ako titigil maayos ko lang ang buhay ninyo,” Moreano told the village officials.
(There will be Phase 2 for BaseCommunity … as long as I’m here, I will not stop until your life gets better.)
The local government said a hospital is also expected to be built within the vicinity of the BaseCommunity.
