BI to hire immigration officers, administrative aides

MANILA, Philippines — The Bureau of Immigration (BI) on Tuesday announced that it has opened more than 200 positions for hiring and promotion.

Immigration Commissioner Jaime Morente said at least 100 with the plantilla position Immigration Officer II will be hired for deployment in major airports and seaports in the country.

Also open are 148 positions for administrative aides and translators, as well as for the positions of intelligence agents, intelligence officers and senior immigration officers. Vacant positions may be viewed at the Immigration’s career portal at careers.immigration.gov.ph.
