MANILA, Philippines — Caloocan mayor Oscar Malapitan and his son, congressman Dale Malapitan have hailed the creation of Caloocan’s third district.

In separate statements issued Thursday, the Malapitans thanked the President for signing the Republic Act No. 11545 otherwise known as “An Act Reapportioning The First Legislative District of the City of Caloocan into Two Legislative Districts.”
