MANILA, Philippines – The Supreme Court will resume oral argument via videoconference on the 37 petitions challenging the Anti-Terrorism Act of 2020.

Atty. Brian Keith Hosaka, the High Court’s public information chief and spokesperson, said that this is the first time ever that oral arguments would be streamed online.

The oral argument will resume on April 27, 2021, at 2:30 p.m. Due to public health concerns, the high court, in its advisory, said that the rest of the oral arguments will also be done via video conferencing.
