San Juan Mayor Zamora recovers from COVID-19
MANILA, Philippines — San Juan Mayor Francis Zamora on Sunday announced that he was cured of COVID-19.

In a Facebook post, the mayor shared his medical certificate from the Cardinal Santos Medical Center.
“He is now deemed clinically recovered, cleared of COVID-19 and can be reintegrated back into the community,” the certificate read.
“Receiving my medical clearance from Dr. Paul Salandanan, my infectious disease doctor who along with Cardinal Santos Medical Center took good care of me during my 14-day quarantine,” Zamora in his post.
It was on March 1 when Zamora announced he was positive for COVID-19 and was asymptomatic.
