A man in China had a fish surgically removed from inside him after claiming he had sat on it.

The unidentified man from Guangdong province went to the hospital last June 2 complaining of abdominal pain, but could not explain to doctors why he was in such pain, Guangdong Television via Daily Mail reported on June 8.

The patient was asked to get an X-ray, and results showed that an entire tilapia was inside his rectum. He told doctors that he had accidentally sat on the fish and it entered him. He also admitted that he tried to remove it himself, but had difficulty with the fin.
