CITY OF CALAPAN –– The Oriental Mindoro Electric Cooperative, Inc. and Calapan Waterworks Corporation are giving their clients reprieve by extending payment deadlines for bills due this month.

The water and electric firms said they would not disconnect meters in consideration of the enhanced community quarantine being implemented by the government to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

As of Wednesday noon, Oriental Mindoro remained COVID-19 free.
