CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga, Philippines — The state-owned Clark Development Corp. (CDC) on Friday turned over to the Mabalacat City police the Chinese and Filipino drivers whose vehicles figured in a collision on Oct. 30 that killed a Chinese tourist.

Master Sergeant Ernie Visda, duty investigator, took custody of Jomarie Intal, a resident of Mabalacat City, and Jiang Ting Lin, a resident of Fujian, China, before filing criminal charges against them.

A CDC report on the incident said both vehicles drove fast, crashed into each other, leading the Fortuner to turn around and hit Lin Zhigiang, a pedestrian.
